Our Mission Statement

Our culture is one of extreme honesty. We believe that honesty is of critical importance to our success and we take great pride in our transparency.

We believe that God has given us everything, including our physical bodies and mind, for the advancement of the Gospel and the glory of God. Therefore it is Base1520’s upmost priority to steward it all for the Glory of God to the end of the earth.

We believe in doing all that is right, in all circumstances, regardless of the benefits and/or consequences.

We believe that everything we do in this life is to be done with a level of incredible excellence. Our standard of excellence is Christ, therefore we desire and strive to be christlike in all endeavors. Anything less than excellence would be poor stewardship of all that God has entrusted to us.

We understand that apart from God’s saving grace we would be without hope. Therefore our confidence is not in and of ourselves , our own strength, our own power, but in Christ and His finished work at the cross and Resurrection.

We strive to be set apart in how we function as individuals, an organization, and residents within God’s Kingdom. We hope to create a culture that promotes holiness in all of our efforts.

We believe in extreme ownership of all that we do. We hold one another accountable for all their actions. We understand that we are accountable to a good and just God for all we do therefore we own our mistakes and failures. We will do all that is within our power to correct them and learn from them.
